These terms and conditions apply to all purchases and bookings made via stoof36.be. By placing an order or submitting a booking, you accept these terms.


1. Identity of the seller

2. Scope

These terms apply to all B2C and B2B purchases and event bookings via stoof36.be, regardless of the buyer's language or country. For B2B customers (professional buyers with a valid VAT number), specific prices and payment terms may apply as agreed at the time of ordering.

3. Products and services

STOOF·36 offers: • Vacuum-packed, frozen pulled beef made from Belgian Blue beef, available in pack sizes of 4, 6 and 12 portions • Event services: private events and catering packages on request All product descriptions and photos on the website are as accurate as possible but may differ from the delivered product to the extent permitted by law.

4. Order process

1. Select your products and add them to the cart 2. Enter your details and confirm your order 3. Complete payment via our secure payment partner Mollie 4. You will receive an order confirmation by email The agreement is concluded when payment is successfully processed (for online payments) or upon acceptance of an invoice (for B2B invoice orders).

5. Prices and payment

• All prices on the website are in euros (€) • Consumer prices include VAT (6% for food products); B2B prices are shown excluding VAT where applicable • Payment is made via Mollie: Bancontact, credit/debit card, or invoice (for approved B2B customers) • For invoice orders, the due date is stated on the invoice; late payment gives rise to interest of 10% per annum and a lump-sum compensation of 10% on the outstanding amount (min. €50)

6. Pick-up and delivery

Orders are picked up exclusively in Mechelen at an agreed time. There is no standard home delivery. From 20 kg (net weight), delivery options can be discussed. Contact us at info@stoof36.be for a tailored quote. We are not liable for delays or damage occurring after the order has been handed over to the buyer.

7. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 47 §4, 5° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (WER) and Article 16(d) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal is expressly EXCLUDED for goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Frozen pulled beef falls within this exception. After pick-up or delivery, orders cannot be returned or cancelled. Exceptions: • In the event of a demonstrable defect or non-conformity, contact us at info@stoof36.be within 48 hours of receipt. We will offer a replacement or refund in that case.

8. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted to info@stoof36.be, preferably within 14 days of receiving your order or the event taking place. We aim to resolve complaints within 14 working days. Out-of-court dispute resolution: you may also contact the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order or booking. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or consequential damages. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use, careless preparation or storage after the goods have been handed over.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the district of Mechelen shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
